Girls Only Soccer

Our philosophy is:

There is plenty of evidence that female athletes can learn best from a female coach  (some of those articles are listed below) and we all know that there are differences in training girls and boys. With that knowledge, who better to teach young female soccer players than women coaches, themselves experienced players, now focused on developing the women players of tomorrow. All our staff have internationally recognized coaching qualifications from Europe and the United States, and are committed to full time training and coaching here in New Jersey.

Our philosophy is to give players what they need to succeed without us, which comes from teaching in training and allowing players to make decisions in games. We promote a love of soccer through learning the game, enabling players to make their own decisions on the soccer field, rather than simply developing a reliance on the coach. All of this is done through our trainers building relationships with players, learning what motivates them as individuals and as a team. Through this philosophy, we can develop players, and provide role models to develop them as people as well.
